Me and my family joined Heart City for a Vitality Health assessment. The staff was highly inappropriate; discussing HIV results in front of other patients. The doctor came up to my mom and announced By the way, your HIV test was negative. The staff in general seemed to lack competency and understanding of the field of medicine; with equipment looking dated and unclean. The physiotherapy section was also not cleaned properly- a strange man was also lurking in that area while I was doing my fitness assessment and it made me highly uncomfortable. The entire process took incredibly long in comparison to previous assessments. The staff members were also taking selfies, eating lunch and talking loudly in front of us. We were uncomfortable to say the least. Christian music was also playing on their speakers- which is not a problem- however it is not appropriate to individuals who are not Christian by faith. This is a health space which should remain neutral. To top it off, they started sending us overdue accounts which were confusing as we were never sent accounts in the first place. There seems to be strange happenings in their admin block. Never again.
