After an appalling interaction with Dianne (customer service manager) - who tried to bully me and didn’t listen to my issues- I was pleasantly surprised by the call I received from Angelique. She was professional, well spoken and resolved my issues within minutes. Owners of MoiMooi should hold on to this staff member as she is an absolute gem!

You dont even deserve one star! Horrible service. The manager at the Pretoria branch has poor management skills. You never get a booking as all dates are unavailable. I had a booking for tomorrow and was informed per email that my booking was cancelled. NO reason was provided. I had to phone and was told that there was a fire. I took vacation leave for Tuesday, 13 April 2021 and my booking was cancelled. I cannot go for treatments during the week and usually no bookings are available during weekends. There are so many complaints I have regarding the terrible service, too many to mention here. I did send email but they are ignorant and dont give you a straight answer also doesnt answer your questions.Administrative and management are pathetic. Worst service ever. This is a shame as the staff at MoiMooi Pretoria was amazing

Had the most exhilarating experience at the moimooi beauty spa.The atmosphere was completely relaxing. The massage treatment I received was exceptional. The Staff was very professional. Definitely a place I would more frequently visit.

This is the best concept ever, WOW. We have been using our membership for 2 years in Cape Town and have received so much value, we love the therapists. In December I went to the Pretoria salon, OH MY what a treat. You guys are the BEST, the salon there is just amazing, we had the most WONDERFUL experience. Thank you Moimooi for this membership, we are you customer forever.

Told them to cancel my subscription they still took my money. Thieves. Dont even try it. And worse still you never get a booking...all dates are always unavailable.

Very beautiful place,serene, clean band very relaxing with friendly stuff and welcoming too,the couples massages me and wife are getting every second week so we took our girls for facials and swimming.

At the spa, I get an amazing treatment, Im just frustrated with their booking system and call center agents, when I call them, they never pick up my calls ever, they debited twice, I try booking online and it always says unavailability of space on all dates, and when I try and call no one answers, and I desperately need help, I cant be paying this much every month only to forfiet, I must just cancel my membership once.

I was debited twice in October 2020, I notified them and i was told that I wont be debited in November 2020. In November 2020 i was debited I called and cancelled my subscription. My account is still being debited, Dec and Jan gone. for that i will not recommend any one to subscribe to their packages.

The call center and accounts department is a total mess! They changed our monthly amount from R199 to R399 in 1 month. With no heads up. When you try to cancel they have a million excuses.This combined with the struggle to make apointments and the constant change of the process to make apointments made this a miserable experience !This is really a shame because the staff at the innersoul spa was amazing!
