I have been a client of the owner for the past 11 years and refuse to have my facials done anywhere else and by anyone else. I firmly believe that it is in their care and attentiveness - and their passion that delivers their excellent results - instead of just good quality face products. Further more they are completely wheelchair friendly, providing a comfortable and safe salon chair specially modified by them to accommodate even extremely disabled customers. They are discreet and sensitive to every possible need. You gain friends when you become a client.

I went for a brow wax, hot stone massage and a facial at Basic Beauty salon and found them very professional, caring and attentive.Through out the procedures they kept me updated on what they were doing and what the next step will be.Follow up afterwards are excellent.I can definitely recommend the Basic Beauty team.
