Early this year we decided to renovate our outdated kitchen. We received three quotes. ELK was by far the most expensive, but, they appeared to be the most professional. We also discovered that friends of ours, whose kitchen we had always admired, had theirs done by ELK some five years ago. We were pleasantly surprised when we first visited their offices in Faerie Glen. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who immediately made us feel at home. She arranged cuppachinos for us while we waited for Sandra. Sandra was absolutely marvelous, she quickly figured out what we wanted and needed and expertly guided us in our choices of materials. We received our design, and preliminary quote, and sitting around her table we did some changes which she quickly finalised. Sandra was available all the time right through the project. Back home Nkosi and his team set to work and we watched in amazement as our new kitchen took shape. We look back now and know we made the right decision, quality, professionalism and expertise comes at a price, but it was absolutely worth the money spent. We now have the kitchen of our dreams, and we can see ourselves, as a family spending many pleasant hours around our fabulous kitchen island. ELK has been brilliant in their assistance with design layout (thanks Bronwyn), the installation team was great (thanks Moses) and you stayed within our budget 😊😊. All small imperfections were corrected immediately and after sales follow up was great. I fully recommend ELK.

Towards the end of 2018, my small kitchen was completely renovated by ELK Faerie Glen. Corlize Kaalsen was my design consultant. The sessions with Corlize were an absolute pleasure. I had a fairly good idea of how my kitchen should look, but Corlize was able to suggest some useful additions which were all incorporated in the final design. The whole process went very smoothly and some minor issues post-renovation were dealt with efficiently. A year on and I continue to enjoy my new kitchen!
