Second service booking was confirmed by the service receptionist, when I got to the dealership, the service department was closed.. Casper was very helpful and apologized. Kia Menlyn is far from where I live but I chose to go to back after the fanatic service that I received from Casper and team last year. Sorry Kia Menlyn, I guess you wont be seeing my car again.

Kia Menlyn will definitely be the reason I stop buying Kia cars. I received such horrible service from them, in actual fact I didnt receive any service at all. I had to refer my matter to Head Office.

I just got my cars clutch plate fixed and I discovered that the Air filter hasnt been changed during my services to KIA. The last 3 services were at Menlyn. Thats shady guys. You need to solve this for all my payments.

First my car broke down next to a deserted road after KIA Menlyn serviced my car a week before, and did something in the petrol tank that got stuck, and after many phone calls, they fixed that. Less than a month later, again my car broke down at Irene Village Mall. Kia Menlyn is not able to send out anyone to assist me, and referred me to rather contact KIA Centurion because they are closer to my location. Menlyn is 10km from Irene Mall. Kia Centurion then said they do not send out anyone to assist and advised me to rather contact KIA Roadside assist. I tried to Google that number and could not find it, then again, I contacted KIA Menlyn, and asked for the number for Roadside assist. The lady said she used to have the number but dont anymore, she would have to google it for me...absolutely pathetic...I am seriously considering selling my car, just because of the poor after sales service.

Last week I gave up but decided to give it another try. Vast difference. Was greeted when entering the door and welcomed. Car sanitized at drop of and the service agent offered a further inspection should I require it. Much more satisfyying experience thank you!

Ive had my Kia for two years now and I absolutely love the car. This branchs service is awesome. My car went for a service last Wednesday. I had a personal issue come up and needed to have my car ready earlier than expected. I called in and spoke to Casper who was accommodating and understanding with me. Service department - well, cutting edge quality! Their service team is honest and kind. They always check if you are sorted and helped. Their prices are competitive and great and they will beat any quote you might get. The quality of their ultimate car service is outstanding and they are honest and do not try and engineer problems on your vehicle as to make money off of you. They will also always wash your car after a service.You will definitely not regret servicing your car here. Excellent value for money and customer support.

This rating is based on my own experience.I have had several vehicles serviced at different brands. But check in took 45 minutes. I needed to call to follow up. And after specifically asking for my wipers to be replaced, I was informed when I got my car that “you should replace your wipers”... yes, I know, I asked you too.I also have let my service contractor know that the engine oil was not completely topped up, it was poorly washed, oh and a bolts missing.So sadly- I do not recommend... great car, bad service.

Took my car for a 1 year service and it was completely painless and the service I received was excellent.Someone however did seem to have used my car to get Chinese takeaways as there was sweat and sour sauce spilled in the central cup holder and a pair of chopsticks left behind in my car.

Not very happy with the way they do thinhs. The only time they do things faster is when you buy a car but service and repairs... Nope. I took my car in for service, technician diagnosed problems with coil. I gave them a go ahead to fix it. Paid. Then waited for my car for six weeks. When i called nobody knew when exactly would it be ready. Finally when they were done, the word UNFORTUNATELY emerged! 😐 Your car doesnt start but we can push start you to go get help... I couldnt believe i had to pay again for a start they broke while fixing coil. I cant recommend them for anything.

On 27 Dec 2018 i send me KIA workhorse to KIA Menly for a 30 000 km service because the company closed and i need the vehicle ready in Jan 2019. Mr Jamie Watson the service advisor did not do his job, on Jan 21, 2019 the front brakes on the vehicle failed, not even 1 - mm padding. Send the vehicle to KIA immediately , needles to say the service manager is not available, and the only response :Oh the brakes only last for about 20 000 km and we will have to order new pads you can leave the vehicle with us.NO excuses, no we are sorry but yet a Free Vehicle Health Check had been done?How pathetic, KIA builds a Great vehicle, and KIA Menlyn destroys the KIA Name... due to unprofessional after sales service to the owners.DO NOT MAKE USE OF KIA MENLYN TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE!!!!YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Bought my car last year August, my sister referred me to Kia Menlyn, she convinced me to choose Kia instead of the deal which I already had. She was promised a spotter fee of R1000 by the sale person. Believe me the money has never been paid up.I inquired about it and every time the sales manager says they will pay it next week. From 2017 August 15, now its 2018 August next week my car will be 12 months old.I am very disappointed and angry about this because I hate people who make empty promises.

Worst experience ever!!! Second time I serviced my car here and second time it werent washed, worst of all is that there was grease marks on my car (see photo), when asked why my car was dirty the consultant said Sorry sir, it just came out of the workshop... same as last time, just one thing bothers me, my car was the first one in the morning??? Luckely I have the choice to go somewhere else next time and hope for better!!!

Avoid this service station. They will very soon, if not yet, have a manslaughter case against them. They twice failed to identify that the reason our Kia Picantos brakes fail, is due to a broken brake cylinder. Every time the brakes failed, they serviced them without identifying the reason they failed. The endangered the lives of my family, including my 5 month of daughter by allowing us to drive with faulty brakes.Had similar safety issues with our Rio after they also plenty of times handed back the vehicle, claiming that they resolved the issue, but indeed had not. They take short cuts and endanger customer lives.

Unless you have someone that can drop you off and pick you up dont go there. They tell you to arrive at 7am. Then you do and told that the driver will only leave at 8am. So you wait. 8:15 the driver comes in and softly asks who wants a ride. Hope you hear him, else you have missed your ride! 10 people jump up and you are all asked to please squeeze into one vehicle for drop off. Then the driver disappears for 5 minutes. At 8:25 you finally leave the dealer. He then continues to stop at the garage to fuel up. Jip. I kid you not. Je then asks the 10 people to decude amongst the.selves which rpute he should take and who to drop off first. He gets lost and takes roads full of traffic and if you are lucky eventually at 9:30 you may be at your office 13km away from the dealer you enetered at 7 already!
