Amazing place, the staff is so friendly and respectful, they make you feel at home and comfortable. They are always ready to assist with any issue within their capacity. The food is great especially their buffae and their prices for the food is affordable. Their price for stay is reasonable and cheap than other places and the rooms are well furnished. Besides that, their shuttle service takes you within a 10km distance and it is fast and very reliable. The drives are friendly, respectful and always on time. Overall Manhattan Hotel is a very good place to stay whether you are visiting Pretoria for business, leisure or vacation whatever the case maybe, just go to Manhattan Hotel

I love going there with my family for birthday celebrations and It’s always impressive but this time I was not impressed. The reception staff were not professional with my booking then I had to wait a good 30 minutes for my drink then there wasn’t a wide variety of food offered like they normally do. The food was nice though

Its a really nice hotel the only issue is say i have is that is it at a very busy location where there are taxies from morning to night hooting but the hotel itself is pretty good

Showers don’t work properly, water doesn’t drain properly from the bath, had to go down to the reception area more than 3 times in one night as the card system used to unlock the doors doesn’t work properly. Booked an executive room but there was nothing executive ....found a half burnt cigarette on the bathroom floor. The girls by the reception were helpful but management needs training. 🇫🇷

For conferences, business meetings casual lunch or dinner hey even a buffet, this is the place to be. It is also quiet enough for those looking for a good nights rest. Very welcoming individuals, especially when you join them for a meal, youll meet people like Pauline, Celina and Thabang that are more than willing to welcome you to join them.

The buffet was exceptional and the service was great. The only downside was the cocktail.. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri and it was horrible to say the least, it literally tasted like it was a glass of methylated spirit that had a few drops of pink coloring and garnished with a whole strawberry and a cherry.

Held our year end function at the Hotel yesterday. Nthabiseng and her staff were extremely accommodating. Although the dishes on buffet menu was reduced, the food was divine and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely consider utilizing the facilities again. Thank you Manhattan Hotel.

Its very unfortunate that I did not take pics, I dont think this review will do any justice but I will try and paint a clear picture.From the day I called reservations, the Communication between me and the hotel was exceptional. Onnica made sure that every request I had was catered for.Checked in on Friday the 16th,reception staff were so friendly, rooms were properly allocated as we were a big group.Rooms were clean.Linen white and fresh.Did I mention that you even get a dedicated cleaner for you room.I really enjoyed my stay a Manhatten hotel, I will defenitly be coming back for sure.Thanks Manhattan, please do give reservations a raise, Gloria and Onnica are making the things that makes the pots to happen.

Not impressed at all,first was their couch by the entrance its filthy.

It was good and still old. still using the old plugs you cant charge your phone properly in your room. please improve and comply with the latest in technology. CHANGE THE SOCKET.

It was very bad with guest getting drunk partying in the rroms and smoking without considering other paying guests like us. I was in 802 and rooms in front were noisy I couldnt sleep. 3ase arrange security to walk about. This was not a pleasant experience for our group. Dinner was great and breakfast but not the stay

The reception area and the buffet are the only nice things about the place. We had an executive suite with nothing executive about it. The mats are smelly, very poor lighting made worse by dark grey wall paint, bed hard and the furnishings a bit dull. I think you pay for the has been nothing more.The staff was very nice.
