Was looking for advertised microwave ovens and the drive was futile because they didnt have stock 🤔

I visited the store on the 25 February and the staff did not greet me. when my sister and I were discussing which corner desk would suit me better and I closed the cupboard door and it made a noise which was not my fault but rather the person who set up the desks fault, a lady who I assume was the manager (her name tag said Vanessa )of the store approached us and did not greet us but rather told us that if we did not stop being rowdy she would have to ask us to leave. we were both insulted and left immediately I was seriously considering purchasing the loft set but now I am not interested in supporting this company at all I suggest that they send their staff on a skills training course so that they can learn how to treat customers with respect.

Brooklyn ranch needs to train their staff! I am a young adult that was checking out furniture with my sister who is in gr11 , we went to the store earlier this afternoon and were amazed at a few of the desks on display and the blade-less fan they had . Upon commenting on it out loud the store manager (her nametag read: Vanessa) snarkily commented on how loud I was and she said she thought someone was having a heart attack to one of her employees loud enough that I could hear. Then one of the desks we were checking out made a noise as we tried to close it and Vanessa immediately came up to us and said Im going to have to ask you to leave if you continue being rowdy. Her comments were un called for and the way she treated us just because we were younger costumers is a poor reflection on who she is as a person and an even worse reflection on the store. Please fix this by training her and your staff to be more friendly , i have seriously considered buying at another furniture store and also will openly tell my opinion to friends who ask me about furniture stores in the future .

Staff went out of their way to personally collect items from JHB store when no stock available. Promised it would be ready in a week and had the items ready the next day. Awesome service!

Even though it is a small shop it does stock quite a variety. Stuff is helpful and friendly.

They dont even answer their phone

Staff were not friendly and Vanessa was particularly rude and unhelpful , furniture not of high standard with squeaky doors and huge dents in the desks , Im sure this is a poor reflection on other stores quality , please pick your game up or you will start loosing customers!
