Beautiful place for those looking to start a new life in a new property.I was there delivering a gift to a friend and was quite impressed at what I saw.The Security guards are friendly and helpful.All round great service definitely 👍

Highly dissatisfied with the property. I actually live in an open grave. Over three years reporting defects. I would appreciate directors of Cosmopolitan urgently can come demolish and construct this house afresh before my family suffer any fatalities. My house have defects from roof to bottom but unfortunately reports received over two years are technically not sound. No justice, being treated like illiterate and undermined by race and gender. I appeal not to be referred to the 086 numbe its always experiencing high call volume.

This place is the bottom of the bottom. Cosmopolitan houses are a sham!!! Not a best first buy or for investment purposes. Do your research before buying. The houses are cracking, tiles are lifting floors and walls. Mould growing in bathrooms. And cosmopolitan wont assist. You get more excu88ses more than assistance when you complain. Cosmopolitan and Gordon Homes are the worst.

Nice Houses, Different Sizes and number of rooms to choose from, Sales Consultants are Friendly. Now offering property for both rental and Sale.Did I mention immediate occupation option, this is one of the best thing if you wanna stay straight away.Great place indeed: access to Public transport, sales and rental offices on site.

The houses are built with very poor quality material. Most 3 year old houses have lots of errors from cracks to holes in between tiles. I regret ever buying a house here. Cosmopolitan didnt take buyers serious at all. However the new estate built opposite our looks great. They fixed lots of houses, but doesnt add quality to their work. You cant even drill the wall because its like a mud house!!! Security at the gate is fine, no complains about it. The estate looks exactly like a township! Hundreds of kids are always running around the streets playing different activities, this is exactly what townships look like! These houses are not even a good sell, they are way overpriced, and you cant even sell when you want to!!!!

These houses are of poor quality I regret ever buying a home with Cosmopolitan as they really dont care about their customers,yes they will claim their houses are registered/inspection done with NHBRC and with banks but do they really inspect what is sold to us,+-500 and half of them are cracked 😬😤😠😷 and you call that quality,feel sorry for new home buyers as they really need a home like I did few years back.just do an inspection or send your NHBRC to do and see what you will find
