Good quality work, fast and reliable can definitely recommend

On the 7th of Jan 2019 Charl and Brendon came to quote on renovations. I found them likable and really wanted to do business with them. I accepted 80% of the quotation work to be done and paid a 50% deposit.. All was in order until I received an email from them stating that they cannot do the work due to personal circumstances on the 9th. I tried phoning both father and son several times but no response. You can imagine the cold feeling in your gut that you have been taken for a ride.However, the deposit was paid back immediately and I wish them well. At least, there is still some honest honorable people in the world. Thank you Charl and Brendon for being honest in your dealings with me. If you work as well as you deal/treat with your clients, I am sure that your are a contractor to be recommended. Honesty is the business foundation of any working relationship.

Brenden did a few jobs for us and I must say, they far from perfect. He was seldom on site and I had to supervise his workers most of the time, even after I told him that the condition he is getting the job is that he is on site to supervise his people. His quotes are cheap but workmanship is dubious. After the last job he did for us, I will not be using Brenden again. His last job made me look closer at the other jobs he did for me and wish I had looked closer after the first job he did. If I had, I would not have used him for the others. The last one he did involved replacing all the gutters. Well they already showing signs of flaking. The joins are already leaking and the one gutter doesnt seem to catch the water at all as it flows badly as if there is no gutter. His attention to detail is non-existant. He had one good worker who was not well managed. Cheaper is not always better.

Quick and good service. Would definitely recommend.

I was contacted by Brenden Roux in May 2018. He started to do some work on home renovations. He stopped working in August. He did not finish half the work but accepted full payment. Continuous lies and excuses for not finishing. I will not recommend at all.
