For painting materials is the best to buy and they even guide how and Hardware they have best quality of tools to buy

The friendly staff is always on hand to assist you and the shop is ideally situated.

I gave the hardware store 2 stars because they open late and as a handyman sometimes I forget that they open after 08h00 during the week and get disappointed every time when i find the still locked way after 07h00 in the morning. They need to improve or change their business hours.

My wife bought steel hooks from this hardware on Friday 19 Feb, with the specific request that she would be able to return the product should it not fit our need. The shop attendant replied that she can return it without any problems... On Saturday we realized thebthe hooks that we thought cost R41, 50 one actually costs R151 per hook. On Sunday 21 Feb we returned the 4 hooks just to be advised there is a 10% handelig fee. This was not our first negative encounter with this shop and its pathetic management, but it defenitely was our last. Well rather support an alternative local business.

Terrible staff. Absolutely no knowledge of the product they are selling. Very bad attitudes, especially the lady at the cash register. For the above average price you pay here, I would at least expect the service to be average, but its not. Its a shame because I recently moved here and am doing quite a bit of renovations around the house. After my last few visits to this shop I would honestly, rather drive down the road to Chamberlains where you know youll get decent service.

For a shop that size, they have quite a lot stocked up in there and nearly always find what you need. Good customer service and assistance, like at Chamberlains. (B-ders Z house, no thank you).

Called the shop at 16:55 only to find that they were closed already on a weekday. The person who answered the phone refused to help and then puts down the phone while you are talking.The trading hours stipulates till 17:30, how must the working class support this shop?

Remarkably good product range for a small hardware store. Staff are not great - floor assistants helpful but particularly capable, cashiers missed the memo on greetings, smiles and eye-contact (gives Pick ‘n Pay mob some competition...)

Our local hardware store with a really good selection of hardware for those jobs around the home, pricing is good and service is friendly.

Got the basics you need, but at this store you should be able to help yourself as the staff are totally clueless on DIY and have no idea on the basic products in the store. The black female manager at this store is an absolute dictator as we could clearly overhear her screaming at the staff in the back of the store. I will only go back there if I have no other option.

Small hardware store. They do have a wide variery of things but with limited range. Ideal for a quick pop in of you are in urgent need of some DIY stuff.

Not too helpfull when I requested to borrow a boltcutter for 10 minutes in an emergency! Suspicious and it took 30 minutes to assure the female manager after a lot of begging!

Bought a 12w Led globe at the store and drove home. When I got home I realized it must be a screw in globe and not a Bayonet. I drove back to the store immediately and they refused to change it for me. That is poor customer service!!!!

Worst possible experience at this place. Staff are extremely rude and racist, and I ordered cut glass and it was the wrong measurements, after I carefully detailed them how to do it. I had to bring my own tools and show the staff how to cut glass! Then they fought with me, saying that my instruments are wrong (namely steel rulers), and that theirs is correct (old, worn out tape measures).Most pathetic place to buy hardware. Overpriced, I could have gotten more pieces of cut glass at Builders Warehouse for cheaper, but decided erroneously to support local business.These people are racists towards white people and pathetic at what they do. They openly laughed at me as I attempted to get them to admit their mistake. No refund was given to me.

DONT EVER make use of this hardware shop!!!! They sell defective products and are not interested in resolving the issue. The owner is too scared to talk to you and hides behind her staff and lets them take the brunt of the issue at hand. They are more than willing to take your money though and heaven help you should something be wrong as they just expect to keep the money you have paid over in good fath!!! Never use them!!

Great cute shop has almost everything one can want, walking there from the front of the shopping center trough the corridor is a bit dodgy...is what my mother said when we went there....we rather drive around

Willing to assist where needed. Not impressed with the attendants taking chances on trying to sell me more expensive products (maybe because I am a woman and they assume I do not know what I want). This has happened more than once, and they have never attempted this with my husband or when my husband was accoupling me. Highly frustrating.
