The office is open but closed the public the security guard of Royal security said he can call someone but we must pay a fee coz is a favour they didnt explain why its closed to the public but on the website it says its open

The service I got was excellent.

I was greeted by friendly security personnel crew, which is a very rare occurrence, who addressed me by my second name as Mr. Dlamini, that was just a beginning of warmer and friendlier reception which was topped up by The Department Of Industry staff members. To entire experience was out of this world. I only went there to collect Global Exporter Passport Programme certificate and enquire about the National Pavilion schedule and how to apply for one. One gentleman (and I feel extremely bad I never got his name) he went out of his way to ensure that I get everything that I needed despite the fact that it was not even his job. The highlight of the day was when Mayanda Gawula, left his office to hand over National Pavilion forms and took time to explain and show me how to complete them... Keep up the excellent work guys, we need more civil servants like you

At first if a person do not know exactly where to go, it might be a real challenge. There are 5 huge Building with different departments, with no-one on the front desk that can clearly tell you what is happening in the other building.
