Poor customer service. Told that i cant get helped because the person i need to speak with wants to go on tea break. Ridiculous! Also, the matter is regarding the settlement of an outstanding amount to Standard Bank which was settled (after a settlement letter, with discount, was issued) in December 2020 already. I now have Standard bank telling me i still owe them. Turns out its the discount amount they offered me. How do these two work together? How do they not communicate to the bank that i accepted the settlement amount and that there was a discount? Now i must do their job and provide all this information to the bank.

Service is non existent - in fact the word is foreign to them !- Want to pay R1,4m outstanding debt of a client, and can you believe it they cannot give me a settlement. This is unheard of, but like so many Industries no :1) Service2) Integrity to phone you back3) Cannot follow through4) Tried to talk to the management - not available , in meetings5) Want to pressurise you when you owe them, but when you want to pay - not responding !!If I ever thought of going to a Law Firm - this will be the last one I consider.● Lastly, even if they read this they will not attend to the Issue !If I could - I would have given them a negative rating ( - 15 or less) rating !!!!!Lets see .

Very helpful staff, was helped by Reneilwe. She is so friendly and very helpful. There were many forms that I needed to sign but the process was easier because she explained in detail what i was signing. There place is very visible and plenty parking. Now my house has been registered and they were very quick with all the payments that needed to be paid back.

Pearson is the most useless institute in South Africa...dont enrol your child, it will not end well. You will have administrative nightmare.. In cohort with Mac Roberts Attorneys and Standard Bank they plan to defraud an excustomer who have already cleared accounts in 2017. They are planning to issue summons for collecting R33000 that was already paid. R42000 was paid for N. Mujuru and certificate results issued which would never been issued without payment. Emails are not even responded to. I would have never thought Standard bank would be involved with such unprofessional lawyers. When you call the numbers they indicate Standard Bank options.Proof of payments that were done in 2017 have not been responded to. Do you even bother to verify the merit of institutions that send you on wild goose chases? Respond to emails please....and clear this mess. Stop being used for fraudulent claims by this disorganized institute.

Ok, so who is tired of having to keep calling “big business” more than once in order to speak to to the right person...with my luck it’s always 2 or 3 times at the minimum. Always a no answer or cut off or eish, wrong department....No difference here, only on 3rd attempt and having to ask for the manager did I come right. She did a GREAT JOB at assisting me and calming me down....this the 3 ⭐️, otherwise 1⭐️To the owner, don’t think some of your consultants understand English, listen to the voice tapes as we always get reminded that we “are being recorded”. Do u actually listen to some? Suggest you do.

Poor service. I paid 7000 into my std bank credit card. I sent macrobert email to confirm my payment n give me the balance up to date i havent received any email from u guys.

My Transfering attorney is ready to lodge at the deeds officeMac Roberts has done nothing to date to get the sellers title deed from Fnb who is just as uselessThis is the sort of attorneys you use to delay your transactionsI would not recommend macrobert for anything.

I have been trying to get hold LEONARD LESUFI the whole day because we made an arrangement with him to debit my account as it was in arrears for month @ std bank. And now that my account is no longer in arrears i need to cancel the debit order MAC ROBERTS as per std bank so that i can continue paying with them directly, this guy is nowhere to found i spoke to 3 different consultants and they told that they have him emails to contact me but he hasnt done as yet, this is so frastrating for me n unprofessional when it comes to that guy i mean how can every consultants that i speak to say they have send him an emails and then he just ignores them, n the worse thing is they told me that they cant give me his email address or direct line.

Phoned them to hear why they were looking for me, got through on the umpteenth time, just to get put through to another department, after mant an hour finaly spoke to a human, who would relay the message, and get the person who i needed to speak to phone me back, well still waiting

I have been dealing with Mrs. Moodley regarding a Student Loan I defaulted on with Standard Bank,However I have asked for my statements on the 12/05/2015 around 09h00 and was told i may not receive them, when i asked for more information regarding how i can progress with my debt, she had one simple answer, keep paying the agreed amount of 600 - 800 rand a month, however she only today decided to tell me that, unless i pay R4000.00 minimum a month, my debt will never progress, so i have been sitting on the same amount of debt for over a year! without any notice or any information regarding this from MacRobert Attorneys,All in all, I am utterly dissapointed with your services, and thank you for no information or assistance.Regards,Celestino Corrado
