No Business Continuity Plans in place (seemingly).I called on a Thursday regarding a transaction where PDR is acting as cancelation attorneys, I was transferred to the relevant lady. The lady did not have an updated understanding of how far the transaction was and what was outstanding from PDRs end. She asked to gather her facts and call me back in a few minutes. This was around 14:00. The day ended without the lady calling back as promised.I called back the following day (Friday) and was told that the lady is on leave, and that nobody else knows the status of the file in question. The receptionist promised that I will be contacted on Monday in this regard.I drafted this post on a Tuesday at 21:00 (after CoB) and I had not received a call or mail still.Based on my experiance, I would not recommend these attorneys.

Complete waste of money be careful when dealing with this company.
