Worst service and unfriendly staff. First had to sit at the gate for half an hour just to be let in. Now it 2 and a half hours later and still waiting to be help. Even the government service is better then jd group supply chain service. Will never order anything that is being handled by them.

First and last time I will fetch any item from JD. If any business entrusts JD with our items, I will happily request a refund. Worst service provider. From the security guards at the gate to the dispatch officers, they will make you feel unwanted!

The JD in Jet park is the worst, those guys are arrogant and I waited for 4 hours and they helped people who came after me because they gave them money to help them fast, and they mixed up papers, very arrogant and unprofessional

The WORST place to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No customer should Ever have to go through this disaster!!!! This is now 4 hours of waiting!!!!! Retailers must come collect and we (customers) go collect from the stores. Not this nonsense service!!!!! @Rochester stores!

They suck. Waited 3 hours to get my bed. All those people know is going on lunch for 2 fn hours. Definitely not going back!!!! Plus the manager is full of s$@#$%

We need to start having minus rating for places like JD group. I spent more close to 2 hours before collecting my coffee table but I came with all necessary documents. I understand fully secirity issues but that so called manager Pauly is useless, rude, dont respect customers and she is not apologizing to me even after realizing that she is obviously wrong. I will NEVER recommend anyone here. No wonder they only have 2 ratings with one each. Do not count my rating as 1 but as -5. I am rating it right on their premises just to tell how upset I am.

What a joke I went there twice when you said you done another problem comes we understand that you have to tighten security due to scammers but for me as a customer I dont see myself buying anything at JD GROUP anymore Thank you
