Very bad experience. Bought a tablet that wouldnt switch on. Some lines over the screen on startup. Tried to get our money back the next day but the manager refused. Was very rude. The salesman promised that we could return the tablet if there was something wrong with a full refund if we were not satisfied. The tablet has to be send in for repairs or assessment suggesting I broke it. I live 400km from the nearest store. Very poor service. Wont shop at incredible connections again.

Wanted to look and try a phone on display. All phones were without power. Asked that they put a charger on it so that I can have a look at the phone. Was told that they cannot do that. Spoke to the manager and was told the same thing. This is mind bowling...... 1 rating as 0 is not an option

Waited for my laptop repair for TWO MONTHS only to find out they never sent it, and when I asked for updates the staff just dodged. Brought in a laptop to get a quote for insurance repair and was told I would get feedback the following day. I eventually phoned them a few days later and was told the guy was off and I had to wait for him to return for feedback. Eventually I was phoned and told that they would need to send it in, but it would take 2 to 3 weeks to reach the repair center. Two months later I phoned and asked what was going on and they promised to follow up and let me know. Again, they never got back to me. Eventually after phoning again and telling the one staff member I was now starting to believe they had stolen it one of the staff was willing to admit that they never sent it and I could pick up my still broken laptop. When I did, I discovered they didnt give me my charging cable which was brought in with the laptop and I had to go back to get it. I dont know if they are completely inept or if this was an attempt at theft, but I will never deal with them again.

One star only because 0 isnt an option. Staff are reluctant to help, its easier to say they dont have stock than to put in some effort. After I insisted they look on line for the article and price I was after, they checked system properly only to find there was 5 in stock, and what i wanted was indeed on special.

Gave a watch in for repairs 2 weeks ago, Havent received any feedback since and when I call the store no one answers!!!someone needs to respond quickly because I want to know whats happening because it is my property!!!!!!

Katlego was the only one that assisted and gave continuous feedback on my laptop that was with the supplier more than a month, his feedback was much appreciated. As for some of the other employees, they kept saying they would follow up and get back to me but never did.

Lerato assisted me in getting my application sorted out for my new laptop. I was so pleased with the service I received from everyone there. And most of all, Leratos patience with me :-). THANK YOU so much.
