No indication on the website on how to go about picking up purchased goods, no options to choose where you want to pick it up, no contact from them to inform you which store has stock.No urgency in securing goods purchased online, have been engaging with Tshepo from the Lavender Square Branch since early Monday morning, have to keep phoning after him with no result to date. Was originally promised that they would have the stock yesterday 22-09-2021, I followed up, but again Tshepo did not get back to me.
