Canceled our appointment for quote earlier this week, then proceeded to postpone the 2nd meeting for a quote twice in one day. So unprofessional, I had to book out time for this company twice this week - no respect for my time.

My garden was properly cleaned today! The Foreman worked just as hard as the landscapers to get the job done. Can recommend this company to anyone. If I could give a 6 out of 5, I would. Thanks a mil! Will definitely be signing up for the maintenance package. Super impressed!

Jet set gardens has really changed our garden into a little paradise! They work hard and are very friendly. They take initiative and have even inspired me to do more gardening. Thank you to Johan and his team.

We have been customers of Jet Set for a good couple of years now and their service is getting worse and worse, for years now we have tried to arrange a time in the afternoon to service my garden however they just rock-up when they want to. their service is not up to standard some times the flower beds were made some not. there is no use in calling the office as the info just does not get filtered down to the personnel on the ground. i cancelled their services in writing with the owner Ruaan and guess what they do not know about it , i asked the foreman to please not return to my house three times- guess what he still rocked-up there. dealing with Jet Set is not a pleasure. at one stage the foreman started to get confrontational with me given he was rotated with another foreman. i will not recommend their services.

They did a great job cleaning up the neglected and overgrown garden when I moved into my new house. But then they left half the rubbish there and I had to follow up for more than a month before they finally returned to collect it. Until then they had mostly just ignored me, not offering an apology or explanation.
