Olex Waterproofing did torch on waterproofing on my concrete flatroofs for a newly constructed house in Paarl. Unfortunately about two years later my roof started leaking (which is fine since they do provide a guarantee). However, Ive been trying for over two months to schedule an inspection with them and I still havent been able to get an appointment - this is after several emails and a phone call.
