The service is ok, but the prices are ridiculous. Tile Africa Woodhead is the best. Amazing service and you are able to negotiate prices so its fair for both parties.

When compare with other tiles suppliers close by their sales support and advice is very good. Prices also very good.

I will always come to this store. The salesman (Adrian) went out of his way to help me. This is not something you get easily that a person go the extra mile to help a customer. We bought taps at this store a year ago, but within a year, water is not coming out no more. How do we fix this problem. So far the sales man assisted us but Evox taps is not worth the money, sorry to say.

The usual basic Tile Africa selection. The well advertised sale entailed a few items and the usual stock disguised with sale stickers.

My third bathroom and kitchen renovation, and, after much shopping around, I always seem to come back here...

Worst service ever. I was the only customer in the shop, waited for ever to be helped on a order placed in advance. Waited another decade for their broken system to bring my order to the vehicle. Their money machine works fine though. Would not recommend this to anyone, unless you time, lots of it.

Came in for a quote and was willing to pay of about R24000 and they told me the will get stock from their Johannesburg branch. The manager said he will call me as soon as the stock arrives. It has been more than 2 weeks with no communication from them. Glad I did not pay the money.

I struggle with getting tiles for a difficult client but thanks to mnr landman and his staff I kept the client happy.They will see me again thanks Tile Africa Garsfontein

Bought close to R17500 of tiles on the 12/08. Only after I paid she informed me that I would need to wait until next week 18th for delivery, but it will be first thing in the morning. Called them 10:00 am, didnt know about my order and then promise to call me back in 10 minutes. Called again at 12:40 as no one returned my call. Again promised that someone will call me back to deliver my tiles. Called me back with an arrogant attitude that he will decide if he can delivery, but I can always cancel the sale.

The lady assistants are great! Friendly and helpful. I renovated my bathrooms and replaced my kitchen mixer tap with one of their own brands. What a disappointment unfortunately! The aesthetics of the tap is great, but the functionality very poor! The tap works full blast or not at all. I have to juggle to get the right temperature on hot and cold and then it has this ear piercing whistle every time you open the hot water tap. It looks like Im going to have to replace this mixer again at my own expense.....not cool!!

A great tile shop. I go there to obtain ideas from their newly built bathroom displays. Normally find the tile I want, it would just be an idea to compare prices on all other goods.

Although they stock a great variety of tiles, as well as baths, bathroom cupboards, other bathroom items, and the store was quite impressive, our experience was very lacking. No help was offered, it seemed understaffed. I hope this is limited to Sundays, but still cant recommend going at this time.

Great staff and service. Not the largest shop but displays indicate all options. If they dont have stock they confirm with other shops in the surrounding area.

When we renovated our house we used Tile Africa a lot. I got the impression that they are more expensive than Carrim and CTM but we had no option at that time to use them. Their showroom is nice and shows off interesting design ideas. They sometimes have specials on discontinued stock. Can recommend Tile Africa when CTM or carrim cant help you
