Very nice and clean place and upgraded . Love the new parking and parking for disable and a ramp for them to go up and down.The staff is friendly and helpful and know all their stock.There are public toilets and for disable people. Nice and clean.Has a cafe, if you wait for your goods to be brought to the exit. The staff lode it for you in the car.You can take the goods back and they wil pay you out if you took to much material. And will offload it as well.There is specials if you need it.You will leave the place feeling good and with a smile..

I really like ctm gezina, however the buying paying experience is great, but the collection step is a nightmare. Its clearly the bottleneck and people end up in queue for 10 minutes plus on a busy day. Also quit storing tiles in the parking Lot your parking here is already limited.

We renovated our bathroom and used this CTM and a CTM-approved contractor for everything except the bathroom door. Few major issues: They over-charged us R3500 for cabinets. They gave us incorrect cupboards. They gave us one box more of the floor tiles and one box less of the wall tiles. So this was not a smooth experience and we ended up losing money because we had to buy extra wall tiles. They refunded us R3500 after we had to go in and fight (they are only allowed to refund R2000 max)!! Save yourself the trouble.

Great service... from Sales department to collections. One minor issue...waiting time at collections is a bit long. Loved also the look of the shop: modern with clean and tidy finishes.

The worst customer service!! Beginning of July I went to the CTM Gezina branch looking for a tap aerator for a brand which I think only they stock. A guy by the name of Eugene assisted me and told me they dont carry stock and it has to be ordered. 2 weeks later I called to enquire if my order arrived and was told by Caroline that it still hasnt arrived and will call when it does.A week later still no phone call so I had to call them once again. Spoke to Ben who did an investigation to the conclusion the order was not placed. Received a phone call later that day from Eugene stating they have NOW placed the order and it will be at the store within a week.Once again no correspondence from them and it is now towards the end of August. When I called to speak to Eugene or Ben theyre not available and dont return my calls.Please do not buy from this company as when parts are needed they cannot assist and dont even have the decency to return calls.Received similar service from the CTM centurion so it must be the level of service or rather lack of service culture.

You service is terrible pathetic and no service actually at all!!!!!! I will not leave this here!!! Keep promising they will phone back and waiting since yesterday for correct tiles to be delivered after you delivered the wrong ones. Its now almost 24 hours later and still nothing. Youll never see me again I wont ever refer anyone to you!!!

HUGE selection of tiles, taps & other bathroom accessories. The staff is attentive & knowledgable, which is exactly what you need on a big-ticket-sale. Our sales assistant helped with combinations of tiles & got us exactly what we wanted. The handy mobile quote calculator each assistant carries keeps you up to date on the current tally which is really helpful when you are on a budget. Would definitely recommend this shop to others.

I received excellent service from them. I bought a Tivoli shower mixer from them. Upon final installation, I discovered that the cover plate Tivoli had supplied did not fit.
