Okay the gym is cool ..not too big or small just right. They have a variety of machines for all the body muscles..but they can improve on that.Their aircon(climate control) is the best, it can be 40⁰C outside but once you step in there..its just a cool breeze, not to mention the bathrooms..they are super clean for a *public gym ..Overall..its a good gym to start ones fitness progress.

I am not a crowd person, So I love that it is chilled and looks almost empty because of the open concept design. If you are more of a private exerciser, the are a few corners to hide in.You can also enjoy the group classes and training while we loners run solo. There is everything for all beings and weird people as a gym should be.I love the wheelchair access lift and quick accessible point for those who need them. And the High ceilings and level floor with no stairs to go through makes it easier to access and equipment without bumping or falling on anything, unless you are just the falling kind

The gym has state of the art equipment at a fraction of the price. Air conditioning is adequate and the Red members are friendly and willing to help when assistance is needed. Best place to gain muscles and lose weight🏋️

The red team is always ready to help. The first timer orientation is tops

The changing rooms/bathrooms/toilets are always clean. Enough room to workout and has a good vibe to it.

The place lacks vavavoom, as in the energy is very mild. You dont feel energized when you walk in. Plus it would be nice to have someone greet you at the door with a smile

Its quite good and there is vast variety of equipments to use. On a lighter note though personal trainers (gents) are so focused on ladies 🤣🤣

Its open, has lots of equipments, meaning you wont waste your time waiting for someone to get done with the equipment, so you can use it, and its not crowded

I would give them 5 if they could keep their word on the promotional item and maybe sell their branded products too

Good exercise facilities, from weights to spin classes also offers showers and wifi. Two hours of covered complimentary parking available with Karabo parking.

My 2nd was bad no assistance there is no one to help. No one has time for you if you did not sign up for personal trainer. They just recruit people and dont look after us when we inside.
