The location is great! You can grab a quick bite before catching your bus or train at Bosman station, before or after your Gautrain trip. There is a great seating plan both inside and out, well spaced out and comfortable all the same. The food and service are as good as any other well-run McDs. Youre not going to be disappointed whether you opt for takeaways or eating in.

It needs to be renovated. But the staff is friendly and the service is fast.

U have your own space and its not overcrowded like other places

Not sure if its mostly the morning staff or just a morning thing, but they are dull as a bent nail. Their ice cream machine is mostly down, their service lacks attention, so be patient. The place is always clean. But u can still expect a grade 2 service from the staff

Employees are every rude, this is not the first time. From the cleaner refusing to let you use the bathroom, to the person taking your order and people giving out your food. Really wish the branch could upgrade to a self service system, would save me a lot of frustration. You can see that the employees are used to serving students. There is lack of professionalism. Disappointed

Food quality is not the same any more. Chicken burger patties are dry and taste like nothing.

Great fast and clean place. Just the too much loud music. You cant think straight or have a calm conversation with colleagues. The loudness of the music makes customers shout talk to hear each other.

Sorry i have to say this but you guys left me no choice, i visited Three days ago with my friends and i ordered 2 Big Macs with 2 Medium Coke drinks, the burgers were tasteless, and the coke drinks had pine gel taste on them, i tried to just eat the food and say nothing but the drink was just too bad, I returned it to the counter and I was given a better tasting coca cola drink, i left the restaurant with great disappointment and

I ordered a double cheese burger and I received something else,with chips so stale I grew the whole pack away.i was disappointed because this is not the first time I used the services
