From 3 stars to 5, because my last visit was absolutely fantastic. The owner welcomed everyone at the door like they belonged in the restaurant and the entire atmosphere was great.People like him deserve support! And the food was great!

Our waitor was on the ball and really did a good job. The food fid not take a long time to be served and was made almost to perfection.... (My way) The bacon was a but burned. A little sad i could not have poached eggs but not everyone can make it. They cleaned and disinfected our seating area before we sat down. A bottle of disinfectant was also available by us as we wanted / needed it.

This is Wimpy with the old school favourites BUT tons of new things on the menu! From delicious puddings to fruity cocktails! A definite must when bringing the kids. There is a play area featuring a water fountain and tons of parking space in the basement below Wimpy! You can opt to sit outside under the awnings or inside on a cooler day.

Waiters are okay but he food was not up to the Wimpy standard we are used to everywhere. My wife ordered some lemon and herbs wings plus ribs. The wings are normally grilled at every wimpy we have ever ate at. However here they fried them with what tasted like old oil. This made them taste horribly plus they were very oily. Am not going there again anytime soon and am generally a fair person. The place look relatively clean and the waiters are friendly hence the 2 stars

Friendly staff and they follow all the covid precautions. Food was delicious. Sorry we cant have a sit down meal for a while but will visit at a later time.

Very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. Poor service; poor quality of food (cold). Store staff started mopping the shop floor while we were still eating and mopped right up to our table while we were still eating. Bad experience... Unlikely to ever return to this restaurant in the near future.

Unfortunately I didnt snap pictures.I was only here once and I wouldnt go back after my experience.I ordered steak (which obviously you shouldnt at Wimpy) and it came out RAW like, my breath stank like rotting carcass after spitting it out.After telling the waitress, she merely asked but didnt you say medium rare, haibo.There is a difference between medium rare and stinking raw!Not a terrible place, the rating and review is merely based on the one experience I had.

Wimpies are Wimpies. You can never go wrong for a nice breakfast or burger and chips. I rate their cappuchinos above most coffee shops. Always perfect. This branch is conveniently central in Mall@reds. Also offers wi-fi for those who need to get work done on the road. The service was not great on the day I was there. Hopefully an exception.

Service exceptionally slow!Ordered frank combo for my Daughter and the sausage looked like it had been boiled for hours. No presentation (smiley face with salad), chips with burgers were dripping with oil!!Overall very disappointing.After discussing with the manager, he did swap out the frank combo, as he agreed the Frank was not right, so at least there is something positive.

Amazing Service! Our waiter, Elvis, was friendly and the food was also perfect, so props to the kitchen staff as well. The manager kept to the social distancing restrictions and was also very friendly.

I mean, what can I say? Its Wimpy. The food is always delicious. The menu has great variety. And the restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly.I must add though, the food sometimes takes a little too long to get to the table. And it is almost always busy so if youre looking for a quiet sit down, this isnt exactly the place to be. But overall, as a frequent visitor, its always a good experience.

Id give a negative star if I had the option... service is ALWAYS bad at this Wimpy. You wait forever to be seated, served, and often the orders are given to customers incomplete. I only got the water I asked for at the end of my meal after asking repeatedly. This level of service for sub-par quality of food.... not worth it.

So the hot drinks here are great and well presented. But stil I struggle to get their burgers down. They are dry and the lettuce are pap and brown. Otherwise the service is pleasant and the staff is friendly. They need to sharpen up their burgers.

Good food. The only thing I dont like is the fact that the smoking area is so small and cramped. Management has to better the area.

Fairly good breakfast and coffee. The manager at this branch should be commended though, he really makes you feel as if you are entering someones home and truly taken care off, thats what excellent hospitality in a restaurant comes down to. Wimpy of choice in the area.

You really need training in customer service. One day I wait 30min for a waiter to bring my bill. The other day the waiter brings the bill while Im still eating. Dont like this Wimpy at all.

I felt the service to be extremely slow and some of the staff to be half dead.

Every time I go to wimpy their bread is somewhat stale or it doesnt taste right. I ordered a beef burger and chipped my tooth on a bone in the patty. Otherwise,the service was good.

Service can be a bit slow but the food is fresh and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend

When u come to Wimpy u know what to expect. The food is very much standardized over all there franchises so u can be assured of the quality that u will receive. As for the service i can say that the waiters are well trained and very friendly, food is prepared fast and as expected. they do have a smoking section and this place is kids friendly.I love that u have a choise of inside and outside and this place location is well situated inside the mall @ the food court.

Food especially breakfast is good you will have great breakfast .Wifi environment also excellent.

Food quality is good, prices are Wimpy prices (decent), but your customer service needs work. I dont expect to wait 45 minutes for a table of 3 to receive food - even at an expensive restaurant. Much less at a Wimpy.

I would love to give it less stars, as I really dislike the franchise, but this is a shining example of what the typical Wimpy experience should be. All the other stores can learn from these guys.Its also ideally located with their own play area flanking the malls own kids Piazza. Great place for kids/families and lovers of the archetypical Wimpy experience.
