Poor customer service. Broken promises.For more than three weeks straight every day I called to enquire about progress I was told “it will be ready for collection tomorrow.”Eventually I collected my pc in the same condition as when I booked it in.

The guys were very helpful in helping fix my macbook. And they second hand good are at a fair price

Quintin really went the extra mile to help me fix my Mac. I could not have asked for friendlier, more competent service. -- Ive noticed that their phone rings non-stop, certain customers clearly taking advantage of the staffs kindness. (I personally could not do the job that Quintin and the other team members are doing.)

All I say is thank you.!!After leaving my ipad with Istore for a whole week with zero customer service. It took Experimax less than 10 minutes to remove a broken charger from the port!! Andre and Lawrence your professional friendly manner in dealing with this matter makes one believe in true customer service without ripping of a customer. Thank you so much!

I had the worst experience ever at Experimax Menlyn. The staff is bloody rude they fixed my phone but the phone screen came off. I ordered a battery and I had to call 3 times to ask about it. Then the staff member hanged up on me. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced. I suggest going to IFIX to repair your Apple products because Experimax doesn’t know the meaning of customer service.

IPhone X screen repair. Friendly staff, but frequently uninformed. I had to go back and forth six times over the space of a week, only to be greeted by a low quality screen (nowhere near original contrast ratio). They also have a non-refundable service fee.

Between Sergio and Quintin, I cannot recommend Experimax more strongly. They both have gone above and beyond to reunite me with my iMac and MacBook Air, and neither of these were an easy task. I have used other people for support on my Apple products, but I rate these guys higher than even the iStore - they are this good. In fact, I took my stuff to them AFTER being told by iStore that they couldnt help me. For everything Apple, contact these guys!

The management of this place is bad, they sold us a phone and it only worked for a week, took it in for repairs and it came back and worked for two weeks, when we took it back to ask for refund, they telling us that we fixed it at another place which is not the case...
