Helping to upgrade packages

Even though I got assisted the last 6 days. I dont like the staff there. If they can just change their attitude towards people especially the ladies. One lady shouted at the male customer the last time I was there and I felt like it was very unprofessional of her.

I actually visited the Spar supermarket, i wanted some cakes and was a bit disappointed as they didnt have the wide variety of cakes as they had when they started out.

They should have info ahead for services they cannot or do not provide like change of ownership of a previously owned DStv account and retrain their stuff members about customer care and proper communication 😈😈😈
