I honestly think that their service is too slow especially for a guy who just popped in for a few things. It became even worse when I took a wrong item, the return process was even longer.

Normally good but really irritated today with the guys complaining about having to serve customers on their last working day with a specific staff member complaining that he had to do my credit. Highly unprofessional and I became really annoyed with him always saying that he would tell off the customer that says the customer is always right. If the chap does not want to serve customers with respect and courteousness then he should consider an alternative career choice!!!

They seem to have everything. Got what I wanted and got out. However, since you order at a till and collect somewhere else it is difficult to browse and difficult to compare prices against other shops -- you have to basically ask about everything.
