Im extremely disappointed with their overall service. Nobody is ever picking up the phone, seems that they dont need business. Also when trying to order something. It takes forever, and even if it does arrive, good luck with getting notified. I stay close to them, regretfully will not support them in the future. Tired of no service at all!!!!!!!

Have tried it out several times as it is a franchise and closest to me. Always a disappointment. Staff often do not know the industry language and will stand hands in their pockets and watch how you have to measure and cut your own cabtyre for instance. Then when you want to pay already frustrated the charge exorbitant prices of up to 40% in excess of neobouring suppliers.. Frustration, frustration, frustration.. Very bad forvthe franchise image....

Tried a few times to query a item I was looking for. Seems they have enough business as they just put the phone down. Mark me as very disappointed.

Service is good. Pity that they didnt have much stock of anything. Majority of the stuff needs to be ordered. Also they seem to be a bit pricey on alot of the products. But I guess its convenient to get most electrical components under one roof.

Never have stock since that store opened the workers dont want to work there and they are not trained and dont want to sell you something

Left goods and went somewhere else. I understand the staff pressures with lockdown. But when one of the tellers is is having a long friendly conversation with a customer and not getting to the point and the other one is going through a catalog with another customer and not taking payments in parallel. Literally 20 minutes or more waiting in front of queue with no help.

Tried to call them for a quote I needed quite urgently, the phone is diverted to someones cellphone, the phone is set to auto answer or something, so you get to listen to the chit chat around there.... But you cannot speak to a soul! Shocking to see this type thing in todays economy where no one can afford to lose a client..

This is one of the newer stores.The staff however are incredibly helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile.If they do not have what it is that you are looking for on, they most certainly are able to order in from head office edenvale and can have it for you within a few days.

Terrible, service. Not enough stock in the shop, everything you want to buy they want to order it for you from their suppliers. You have to wait a day or so to get it. I will never set my foot at that shop again. The manager, very unfriendly and they don’t understand the concept of a customer.Bought an item after their sales person advised me, 2-3 hours later they don’t want to take it back despite the fact it is sealed and there is a receipt. Apparently it was incorrect and they ultimately charged me handling fee. Very disappointed.

Wide range products but be careful with pricing. They are good on some items but other items are very expensive.

Staff completely clueless about prices and a lot of products not marked on shelves. Get quoted one price in store and then price doubles when you pay. Even Builders next door cheaper on some items
