Ive been struggling for nearly a year now to retrieve my funds from one of their Planktons Cashless cons. Support offered empty promises with no resolve. Dont trust them with your money and avoid doing business with them, for your own good.

If I could give Plankton a 0 I would. Useless and I always have problems with either tickets or E-systems at their events.

System tried to make me pay twice!

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!! THEY WILL STEAL IT!!!!Ticket prices were reduced half way through the sales period and everyone who had already paid the more expensive orgional price were told they would be re-imbursed with a cashless card with the difference to spend at the OppiKoppi festival. I never received my contactless card because Plankton.mobi never credited me for it. Further more when I tried to email them and organise a refund of the money (Im a student. thats a lot of money for me), they dont respond at all. Apparently from all the reviews, I am not the only one struggeling with this! THEY OWE ME MONEY!!!

Absolutely useless, incompetent and untrustworthy service. Paid twice for a single ticket I never received.

Still struggling with the mobile applications a year later. Time to improve your game guys.
