I brought clothes on 29/02/20 and collected the same day.was assisted by a gentleman (dont know his name)to my surprise on Sunday when i opend the plastic ready to iron,half of the clothes were still not clean as i expected them to be.returned the half that was not clean on Monday morning and complained that the clothes are not clean.was assisted by the lady(dont know her name) when i came back to collect the clothes in the afternoon,i was assisted by the same gentleman who assisted me on Saturday.some of the clothes were still not clean..i was very angry,asking myself that how hard can it be to wash few items clean.the gentleman was very unprofessional.and told me that i must be greatful that they washed the clothes again.really!!!!😳😳😳
