Martin and his wife really assisted us in finding us the perfect Siberian husky to join our family.Really awesome people and would suggest them to many other families.

On Sunday, we contacted Martin from PetzRush Pet Travel & Grooming regarding adopting a new fur baby. We have been looking for ages and just could not find a fit. After a few back and forth phone calls (on a Sunday, long after normal working hours) Martin introduced us to the perfect match.Match this little guys inquisitive personality with my nieces urge to care and love, Martin went out of his way, allowing us to collect our new fur baby on the Sunday, from his home. Taking extra care to pack food and sanitize everything, Martins service was absolutely exceptional!The next day, we received a phone call to make sure everything had gone OK with the first night at his new home, offered advice and assisted in getting us set up with a play pen - making sure baby is safe!A big thank you Martin and Petzrush Pet Travel & Grooming - I would highly reccomend you to friends going forward!

I am sorry but I found Martin and his company very unprofessional, I made an aragement with him to pick up my husky puppy on a Wednesday after I paid him a deposit of R1500 which I understand, I stay 2 hours away from where his business is, I left early Wednesday morning and when I got there he said he is sorry but he could not assist me that morning and even said that when did we have an arrangement of 9 oclock on a Wednesday morning... So I told him and he said that he does recall but still I had to leave and drive back 2 hours empty handed. So I gave him another chance but the sane thing as we mad an arrangement for the following Wednesday I made plans to go because my wife is in college and I am taking care of our 1 year old son, so I had to get someone to assist me with my son... Now yesterday on Tuesday he leaves me a message and said that he has an emergency with his wife and will not be able to assist,..... So now I called him and said I made arrangements already and then he calls me and said he is sorry he thought its Wednesday..... Well well, now we had an aragement where he said between 12 pm and 1 pm is better for him so I said OK thats fine. Late last night he said that I must just conferm time with him fir today which has been done already.... This morning he left me a message saying that he will conferm the time with me At 12om for 3pm... Like what the hell...I am sorry but I do not appreciate the fact that also he told me that I should have called him the previous Wednesday before I left... If his plans change he should let the customer know not the other way around...I would not recommend PetzRush to anyone, they are very unprofessional, and a waste of time.. I do understand like he said if I dont go and get my puppy after I paid the R1500 I will not get it back which suits me fine... I will rather loose that money then struggle with and unprofessional compony like PetzRush that Martin manages or owns, they do not care about customers or care if the puppies gets a good home as quick as possible.I am very discouraged and will never again go to Martin and his company PetzRush and pet travel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever

Martin and his team went above and beyond to help us get our little ones. We were so impressed by the service given and the time and effort that Martin put in. He was always in contact with us, giving us updates as needed and reassurance that our puppies would make it all the way to Cape Town safe and sound. Excellent service, would definitely recommend!!

I had been looking for a English bulldog for a while and Martin and his team has been really remarkable with service, honesty and delivery of my puppy. I am very happy with everything and the effort they put in to make sure I am happy.

With all the scams in the dog industry, I was rather skeptical of my negotiations. Martin went out of his way to accommodate me with my purchases. He kept me informed exactly of the progress of the transaction. Although the delivery was very expensive, he never became uneasy about a payment I always had to ask to pay. I will definitely use PetzRush again. Thank you so much for our 2 adorable dog children. We appreciate your effort and help. I just hate voice notes 🤣
