The Receptionist was extremely rude, When I got to the doctors room she wasnt at her front desk, I entered the room and took the available sit and when she got back she rudely asked me who let me in, and to my defense I said no one because I didnt find anyone at reception! I said to her next time put a note so that we are aware how many people are supposed to be in the rooms, she said to me our patients know the rules! I then said but thats not great customer service at all thats not how you reply to anyone patient or not!
