Just bought my second vehicle in a year from Dwayne Maritz - epic service and offering yet again! Keep it up!

I recently purchased a vehicle with a guarantee that it would be 100 % on delivery. It urned out that it required at least 20 grand of immediate repairs among other items.After a month of struggle and involving the Motor Ombudsman, the dealership agreed to pay for about a third of the repairs needed although the vehicle was sold with a 2000km or one month mechanical guarantee. The salesperson Dwayne Maritz decided to hide behind ‘management ‘ when I queried his dishonest sales ethics which didn’t surprise me. What does surprise me is that these kind of companies still exist and haven’t learned that one can also earn money the honest way !! Please take your hard earned money to another dealership that has a reputation earned the right way.

Your service and dedication is unquestionable and both of you really went out of your way to ensure that I got my vehicle in time for the holiday season. Yes, some minor issues with the vehicle, (as can be expected from a vehicle that is almost 4 years old with 67000km) but Dwayne never shied away from their responsibility and working towards rectifying my concerns. I highly recommend the Sunward team and wish you safe motoring with your purchase from them.

Wow Lawrence is really a waste of time and disrespectful to customers. I wouldn’t take my car here for a valuation. They lie about what they will offer, waste your time going to the dealership and then offer you ridiculously low offers in person. Poor business etiquette

Horrible aftersales service, stay away, 2 months after I traded in my vehicle, the old vehicle is still on my name, cant register anything else on my name because of this, no help from Micheal, empty promises

Make sure of what they promise before you pay .. Preferably in writing .. Their sales service is VERY VERY good .... But afterwards it is pathetic .... Anyway our salesman ... We still struggle ... .
