I am truly disappointed in doodles Cafe.FIRSTLY struggled for hour to sign in to order .After all the struggling I managed to ordered on Thursday paid and received confirmation that the order was accepted (all items in stock), over the weekend I got sent contradictory email & was told it was a pre ordered item (this was however not in my experience the case, I had given Jenny a call money 8 march 21 and then my order was sent but after sevral emails and whatsapps I still cannot track my parcel ....It is a order with 2 items and it should not be that difficult to just state where to track A ORDER YOU HAD ALREADY PAID FOR.I was told doodles Cafe is excellent but Im very much getting the oppite experience as a first time client .

Excellent customer service! I love the personal touch in both my interaction with them during the order process as well as with the received items. Everything was in excellent condition and exactly what I purchased. Its reasonable to think that any order can take a few business days to arrive, but I received my items after placing an order 1 day ago! But even if it took longer than that, I would be happy with the fact that I got the correct items from the get-go. Looking forward to the next shop!

Great online shopping experience and excellent service. I do find their products a bit pricey, but I guess this is to be expected with imported products.

The website and google photos give the wrong impression of what this is. Staff are rude, informing you that it is not a shop, online only, when you arrive at the google address. How do you get a google address if you are online only. Their payment gateways online were not working, I received an EFT option from staff after I explained our urgent situation. After placing the order and being assured, did not hear anything from them RE collection. After phoning again and again and paying extra to release funds immediately, I was told I can now only be helped another day later, which is too late. The staff are also the typical fyi our terms state that you can only collect 24hours later AFTER the fact that I paid and AFTER I did explain that we need it urgently. Im so over bad service, especially after everybody was complaining that nobody could work because of Covid.

Same problem - saw hours of business on the Google write-up and drove through from Johannesburg to be tersly informed that its online business only. I wonder where the pictures of the racks of retail display stock came from ?

Why cut flock poliflex into two halves Because that material comes in 50cm wide and its sold R160 per metre 50cm x 1m Heat Transfer Poli Flex Flock then you guy cut it in half and make it 25cm x 1m for same price as R160🙄. Thats ripping customers off then after you return fee is 40% so give bad service then charge people for returning the bad stuff you sold them🚮. Bad Bad Bad 0/5
