Absolutely abyssmal service. Took over an hour and more than 30 dropped or terminated calls to reach a person who was a) present and b) able and prepared to assist me. I have it all on audio recording. Will be lodging a written complaint with the Director. A telephonic complaint is simply impossible. No answer. The website is also non-functional.

If possible I would rate them half a star, at best.1. Nobody deems it part of their job description to answer a phone;2. If somebody does answer they are utterly useless, rude and unhelpful;3. If you get transferred to a department, see point 2.4. If they have to set the standard of professionalism in the Legal Fraternity, I fear we are all doomed.

Terrible service your team does not even have Telephone etiquette, you get transferred from pillar to post without being assisted. After several calls help from found. Your team are not serving the people they just come to collect salary but ignore their responsibilities.

Despicable, rude, arrogant people who are completely ineffecient. The admin department is absolutely useless and they hold you at ransom because they wont register your articles if you stand up to them. Dirkie Barkhuizen and Jenny Lee, I would use profanities but I need this post to be seen, you both need to reconsider your profession because youre both pathetic.

No service at all. After about 20calls that just gets cut off I am ready to give up. The person that answers at switchboard cant assist and just transfers the call. No wonder some of the lawyers of South Africa have no integrity or accountability because the system to support us citizens is either incapable or doesnt care.

10-nov-2017I called to ask about my right of appearance, spoke to Jenny, I was treated shabbily. She was sooo rude, so irritable, so ill-mannered, she didnt even want to hear what I had to say. You could swear the she-devil own the law society, I was treated like beggar whereas I pay for these services.Please, lsnp management, do Something about these women. This is both unacceptable & unbearable...

Appallingly rude staff. Lady at reception disgustingly rude and dismissive. Staff at room 10c also rude. All in all a bad experience. If they were a business they would have gone under.

They need to get somebody to answer their phones on time. It is very frustrating when you phone and nobody answer the phones or change your lunch hour from 12h50 to 14h10

Poor customer service! I was put on hold for ages and once the line was through I spoke to a rude lady at the record department who was impatient and sounded irritated that I was inquiring.

The worst place to get hold of !!! I have been trying to call and get through to your record department and for 3 days the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings ,,The switch board finally answers and tells me eeeeeeish I will try to put you through to the right departmentVery disappointed in your service !!
