I have been tossed back and forth for over a year now trying to get my SETA accreditation renewed.Endless emails that go nowhere.Passing the buck with no response. I call and call with no response.I havent been able to get any contract work since last year because of this.
Worse service.... Letters of intent are done online with a promise of 3 weeks reply... After 3 weeks when you make follow up via phone, it just rings
Worst service I have ever encountered. If this is a key role player in Education, then we are in trouble.
