The ladies working there were so helpful in finding the perfect costumes for us. As indecisive as we were, they were patient and kept recommending and sending us outfits to try on. Really amazing service.

Probably the best costume place in Pretoria. Whatever you think you need to dress up, they have it and more - the place is huge. Ended up changing my outfit ideas more than once while I was there just because there’s so much great stuff! Wigs, masks, clothes, makeup, accessories, hats, all sorts of things.One really great thing is that you can rent the complete outfit so it doesn’t cost a fortune. Buy the small things, rent the big ones, and your night is set without it all costing you an arm and a leg.The service is pretty good - sometimes a little slow at checkout - but it’s worth it to get exactly what you want for your occasion. Oh and they let me off when I returned a rented outfit thing two days late, so thanks for that! Can recommend. :)

Lots of costumes to choose from including medieval styles, super heroes and Halloween costumes. The quality is a bit all over the place: some items are high quality and some are falling apart. The rental prices are quite reasonable though, and no deposit was required when I rented a costume. You can also mix and match items to get the costume you want, which is really useful. The sales ladies are very helpful.

Rented a few items for a 80s party and apart from their accessories available to purchase is very pricey, at the end of the day i could not even use the leg warmers i had rented since they were totally worn out and full of holes. I ended up having to go buy another pair before the party for another R102.00. The legwarmers were all rolled up when the lady at the front desk took it out and i trusted that they would at least check the quality before making it available for rent again. Upon asking for a refund when we returned all the items we were told that the amount is too small to refund as it would cost them more in bank charges???? What a useful excuse for a no cash business. So PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING THIS STORE. Will not be returning to this store for future costume rentals.

Shocking service received from Costume Caste in the Waterglen Shopping Centre! I just went there to hire a costume for our Gr2 poetry festival. They told me to leave my kids sitting in front of the store (alone) as kids are not allowed by the costumes (not the adult section or anything, their normal character outfits!) Needless to say I stormed out. Just phoned to chat to the manager and she told me that they pay a lot of money for their stock and kids destroy it! This was after I walked hand in hand with my two not causing any disruption. No apology - just kids are not allowed (well basically in their store!)!!!What parent, in their right mind, would leave their kids sitting alone in a store, out of sight!I am hoping they see this post so that they can change their attitudes and hopefully avoid breaking another child’s heart cause she didn’t get an outfit!

Definitely the best selection Ive seen in Pretoria so far. Creative Costumes is great too but the others between Centurion and Pretoria East leave a lot to be desired.

Large variety of cosutmes..just a pity the staff form counter staff up to from manager / owner as well as the ground floor staff is very unfriendly, unapproachable and unhelpfull attitudes. This is not my first time going into the shop, felt the same previouss times leaving...it seems helping clients is a lot of effort.
