Living in this place has been nothing but the worst experience, management does not take students needs into consideration, we are forced to live in ice cold rooms with the option of buying panel heaters which are outside students budgets. Visitors are not allowed, literally my parents do not know what kind of place their daughter lives in. I seriously wouldnt recommend this place.

Friendly security, and stylish and affordable living spaces

Couldnt get my deposit(full rent amount) back because I moved out 2 months before the the 10th month of lease agreement and this was after I was forced to pay full amount for notice month.

My Son moved in 2 weeks ago. The apartment is very clean and security is tight, and the staff was very helpful when he moved in, everyone seemed friendly & helpful including security & housekeeping staff. I sleep peacefully knowing hes in a safe environment.

This a very beautiful student accommodation with a very tight security. It is safe and clean. It reminds of high school hostels as well but with more rules.

This went from a 4 star rating to a 2 its really embarrassing, but i understand why it feels like a prison with no vistors. My parents dont even know about my living conditions i definitely regret coming here.

Horrible place. I feel like a prisoner here. The rules are way too strict. They dont allow fan heaters and it is very cold and the only heaters they allow are heaters that students cannot afford. There are no visitors allowed even our own family cannot come and check our living conditions. They use covid as an excuse yet the allow maximum capacity in the apartments which does not make any sense. The only difference between this place and a prison is that we are actually paying to live here. You are basically being treated like a child and not allowed to make your own decisions. I am definitely not coming back here.

I wouldnt recommend staying here to anyone. Sure security is tight and we feel safe but the rules are too extreme. We not different from incarcerated people. No visitors allowed due to covid-19, so they say but I could still get it from outside res and bring it back inside, so restricting visitation is not it. If I want to visit home I have to ask for permission to leave and will only be allowed 4 nights. Im from Limpopo, I cant be spending so much moneyto travel and be home for only 4 nights. I came back to AOW bc i thought it was private and the rules wont be as strict as last year, turns out I lied to myself. Im never coming back here.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. There are ridiculous rules, Laundry services is so bad, Communication from the management is terrible. When tenants raise their concerns they just do nothing about it.I regret signing the lease, in fact im moving out.

Beautiful space but the rules are ridiculous for 18+ year-olds. Alcohol and noise is understandable but the no visitors rule is insane.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, The staff members raise their tone when speaking to them, not forgetting their RULES. They even search us, as if we are criminals whenever entering the premises.

The treatment of students by management is unpleasant, also has too many unnecessary rules. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

The rules are a bit much, l would not recommend.

As a parent i cant visit my own child, i think you need to review your rules, and train your staff members because the rules are not consistent, as i was omce allowed inside then the following week im not allowed 🤷‍♀️

My favorite hoodie has been damaged and my white socks are now red. They wash all the clothes in one machine. Please make that make sense

This place is jail-like, with unnecessary rules and the arrogance of management is saddening.

Covid restrictions are a bit of a hassle for visitors but all in all the place is awesome

Its student accommodation and I have never been inside. Just stopped there to pick stuff up. My daughter lives there and Im not allowed inside
