I visited this branch for the first time ever on 27 July when I needed to print booklets for a memorial service on 28 July. Raymond assisted me and everything went well. When I returned to the store to pick up the printing, he asked me to check everything. Everything seemed to be in place and there was more than 300 pages to count. Instead, I trusted that everything he said was there, was there. Is it not his responsibility to check it as well? Paid my bill of R2597.50 and took everything home to cut and assemble. When at home we realized that we were 15 x 4 copies (contents of the booklet) short. This is the evening before the memorial. We needed 60 booklets and I was left with 45. I contacted the store immediately the next morning and Raymond kept saying that it was my fault as I shouldve checked everything. When I went back after the memorial service, he refused to give me a refund for the R510 I paid for booklets I never received. Instead, he printed the additional copies after I explained that the memorial was already this morning and I dont need it anymore. This was so disrespectful and I will never visit this store again - EVER.

Incompetent and unhelpful staff. It might take you 5 minutes extra to drive to a different postnet, but thats nothing compared to the time youll waste dealing with the staff at this branch

Absalutely amazing service. They helped me in a heartbeat! So satisfied when I left there!!!!

After standing in a queue for half an hour and reaching the front. No one helped or even greeted or glanced my way for 5 minutes. Staff seemed to be very overwhelmed. I then just walked out (and no one cared again to just communicate with me whatsoever ) and drove all the way to PostNet Cornwall as they are always polite and efficient there

Honestly worst place ever😂 Where do you start. The wait then the lady that helped us is super rude has no people skills and then had to figure out how to print. I went to the centre to go to the shops otherwise I would never have gone there. Honestly do yourself a favour and drive to Minute Man Lynnwood you wont regret it, 10 out 10.

Card machine problems on Sundays and having to pay cash - not convenient.

I experienced the guy that works there as extremely rude. I asked what is the safest, yet inexpensive way to send a package, for example through registered post? Then he said in a rude manor that registered post is through the post office and they cant take responsibility for the safe delivery. I just said. Its ok, turned around and walked away. I wont support this branch again. Went to Atterbury Value Marts postnet who advised me of my options in a friendly manor which allowed me to make the best choice.

This PostNet is an average Postnet I would still use it it might just not be my first option but its still a working Postnet I have been to worse ones than this one so if its the closest one then I will recommend them

Definitely the SLOWEST postnet Ive ever dealt with. Always queues. Friendly staff, actually super friendly. But overall if not for Leonie I would not return or use this postnet again.

In order to collect a parcel you have to write your national ID number in a register that is just lying open on the counter for any customer to see. I see this as a major infraction on my right to privacy and will make identity theft of any of their customers extremely easier.

Absolute terrible. After receiving an email letter requesting me to pay the annual renewal fee I then requested them multiple times over many weeks and months to simply email the tax invoice for the postbox renewal. When I phone, they say I must email. When I email, get nothing. Any single reply or some form of response effort by phone or email would help. What business require a customer to beg for an invoice? Pathetic. My box is probably now suspended... goodbye then PostNet Glenfair.

Terrible slow customer service, the staff are more interested in discussing their own social lives around customers while laughing at memes on the PC. Will never come back here again!

I have used them for many years and been quite happy with the the service. The courier sevice is excellent.

Prices on local courier very competitive, better than some of their other branches. Always answer the phone. Forgot my wallet, they returned it. Nothing missing. Highly recommend

I dont see what the previous reviews were talking about - the people were friendly and helpful! An old lady walked into the shop and they were respectful and treated her with care!

I received the worst service ever!! When I walked in, I heard someone complaining that their stuff disappeared from their usb, and the cashier told them their usb had a virus. Same thing happened to me and someone else as soon as we put our usb into their computers. Which took them 10 minutes to come and help me. Activate your antivirus and stop being lazy and claiming we are coming there with empty usb’s We are not stupid enough to drive to you with an empty memory stick!!! Get people who kindly help customers as well.

Was there on the 24th of Jan around 14:10. Stood around as the only customer in the line. Was more important for the female attendant to stand around and joke than just ring up two permanent markers I needed quickly.
