The lady behind the counter was grumpy with a dont care bad attitude. Did not typè the correct contents down, threw the open package down on the back counter and expected me to leave without her sealing the package. I paid R185 for overnight of a small item and 2 days later we have not heard from postnet.

We had small communication error , wich led me to believe the price was less then expected... they fixed it and worked very kindly with me and also gave me a discount. Poor service, I wish I could give 0 starts. I wanted to courier some documents, the person who helped me made me pay R185 for a shipment to Johannesburg for a few papers, after I told this person that I do not want the overnight shipment since the company to which they had to deliver is closed on weekends. Very poor and unreliable.
