I went to the shop to do some printing of documents on my device, l was told it R2 per page to my surprise it because R6 a page as they claimed to have charged the extra because l sent the documents to their email. Day light robbery in my opinion.

I was so impressed with the way the employees interact with each other, and the lady who appeared to be the manager treats them with respect and care for them. This makes them a great team and i got the friendliest and most sufficient service ever! They really walk the extra mile, great work guys!

The staff is incapable and unhelpful. I got the exact answers for all my questions effortlessly from TWO other branches, while the lady over the phone at Faerie Glen could not supply me with any basic information or a helpful attitude.

Best PostNet ever! A few PostNets are much closer to where I live, but Id rather drive further for PostNet Faerie Glens awesome and very friendly service!

Really great service here. We came here after we were treated badly at the Atterbury Postnet and the people that helped us at this Postnet were so so lovely and helpful. Will definitely rather be coming here in the future 😊

If I could give a rating of minus 100 I would... The staff at this Postnet are utterly unresponsive and the level of arrogance from the owner is disgusting. Use ANY OTHER Postnet other than this one!!

Quality of color prints not good.

This place used to be the must go to place when wanting to make use of the internet or courier items. Staff used to be very welcoming and helpful now they are just plain rude and act like they are doing you a favour.

Excellent Service

Staff were friendly however all my photo prints came out so black that i was even unable to see the peoples eye colours. Worst of all is that I was prompted to pay for these faulty prints that i am unable to use! I printed at another printing house and the prints came out creamy light. My intention is not to badmouth but to warn people who dont have hundreds of rands to waste on faulty prints.

Staff are rude and everyone seems disorganized. I would highly recommend going to any other branch.

The place is a bit of a joke. The first time I was charged a R2 computer assistance fee for asking what printer I should send colour files to. Today, I was charged R41 for all the prints they made by mistake because the are unable to print a full A4 colour page. Although the staff are friendly, rather go around the corner to the Atterbury Value Mart branch and save yourself the frustration.
