Apparently when it rains the staff forgets how to operate. All loafing in the tea room while the cars queue up

On 1 May 2021 at about 21:45 I visited the shop to buy an item. When I entered the shop, the only employee present inside was a male person standing at the counter where the fast food type of products are sold, busy on his cellphone.I greeted him and stood at the cashier kiosk to be assisted - he just ignored me. Nobody was behind the cashier kiosk and after a while I asked him whether he works here - he said yes and slowly (seemingly annoyed) started to walk to the kiosk.I asked him whether he works as a cashier and he said no the relevant person is in the back (this male person has however assisted me before on a previous occasion as cashier and I assumed he was just not in the mood tonight) - so I said to him that Ill rather wait for that person to come back as I do not want to bother him.He called her and she came out and assisted me - she was very nice though.To me it seemed a bit disrespectful as he did not greet me back and obviously had no intention to assist me by his own motion.Unfortunate.

The people that washed my car at the carwash do not wear masks. They clean inside peoples cars without wearing masks in the midst of a second wave and it is not the 1st time I see it happen. Does sasol not take the pandemic seriously?

When i say R400 petrol i got R400 dieselJust because most trucks are diesel does not mean mine is also. Staff needs to listen to the people.... Had to drain everything while clients were waiting for me. Then the staff member said it is my fault and I said diesel, everything i own and did own is petrol so why on earth would i say put diesel in my petrol truck or bakkie. Does not recommend to stop at this station.

I was there this morning, waiting 15minutes to be help,ccard after me getting assisting, was there with a white polo at pump 8 and when I talk to the manager, chaos errupted, they scream and the supervisor is nowhere, clearly customers is not a priority here. The telephone number on website is also not working. Please appoint new staff that want to work or are trained or can see...

The phone number does not work. Swiped my card twice this morning, because apparently the first machine did not work. Fetched another machine to swipe a second time. Both transactions went through. Trying to call to ask to reverse one transaction, but phone number is inaccurate!

We went to put in R 200-00 unleaded 95 this morning 02/10/2019 at 06h29 - we stopped at the petrol station the guy proceeded to do his thing, we than proceeded to pay my bank was offline and than I paid with my partners card for the petrol we put the car on and the car was on 30 km when we stopped at the garage and when we left as always if we drive a little the meter goes up , which this time this has not happened the kms just keeps falling we work at Menlyn and the slip says we should have gotten 12.33 L of petrol which upon us opening the petrol cap at work after seeing the car is on 20 Km that there is no petrol we keep checking but there is no petrol - we paid for the petrol ans your attendant did not supply us the petrol how do we get home !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! urgent feedback needs to be received !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! today , 02/10/2019 before 12:00 need to leave at 13:00 from work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! evidence and photos available

Friendly service as expected from a filling station with 10 Sasol Diesel

No complaints even when checking multiple spare tyres

Bad service and when you complain they just laught when you leave.They think they didnt need we the customers money

Sasol. Quick staff, nothing phenomenal as far as refuelling your car goes.

Upon visiting this garage tonight the transaction was declined due to network failure. The tenant however (Milton) insisted that the transaction was declined and did not offer any assistance or explanation. Only after drawing the cash on site (and paying the ATM fee as it not my banks) the cashier in store explained they are also having network problems. Although we frequented this garage with all our vehicles we would rather support friendly and assisting competitors in future.

Always good service delivery.

How do I raise an issue if your telephone no doesnt exist?

Many taxis cause a lot of congestion, unfriendly service.
