Very bad service wii not purchase petrol there a real bad experience

Last night I was at this garage! I normally stop here before or after work. It was such a pleasure to be assisted at the till counter by Pinky! The ladys name is pinky. She was running around cause the card machine was giving problems, constantly apologizing when it was not even her fault. And the next morning I stopped for petrol, it was busy but then a lady showed me a to an open station. I didnt catch her name but Im pretty sure it wasnt her job to do so! Thank you all!!! So nice!!!

Close to shops and main roads. Pick and Pay Express. With a car wash. All in one stopBest to turn left into Old Farm road than waitinng to head back to Solomon Mahlangu drive.

This is my regular petro. The staff are super friendly and willing to help. The staff inside the convenience store share these traits. The gas station also has a car wash. Would recommend trying this BP out.

All the tonic waters in the back fridge but its locked and nobody can open the fridges to get more. Mickey mouses I cant even do less than 1 star. #disappointed

Not happy, was here earlier around 19:00 waited 10 minutes and after I just left, no one even noticed me.Came back around 20:30 and waited for another while before eventually climbing our to get someone.The guy who helped was rude . I just asked of they had n heavy day and did not even complain. I know its not nice to have someone complain while you working thats why we have google.But yea, I have been going to this station for years and I dont like it when bad management gives such a well known station a bad rep.

Friendly staff and fully stocked store. Delightful experience all round. Just wish they would inform customers that the FNB ATM doesnt work before hand

Our local station, so we try to support them. Service has gone down. Discovery and smart shopper machines giving problems etc..

BP Oldfarm filled my DIESEL car with PETROL (an occurrence that apparently happens very often at this fuel station), and this caused thousands of rands worth of damage. Their insurance refused to pay everything that was damaged (and suggested by the manufacturer). I was without my car for 3 months and everything is still not fixed. Be careful when using this service station!

I cannot find fault, its a big BP, with normally enough staff. The one HUGE problem for me, especially as a previous BP owner myself, if I arrive there, from about 7pm and later, I DO NOT want to be accosted by the beggars which are allowed to sit right outside the door of the shop, hoping to guilt you into giving them money or buy them food. This is not acceptable AT ALL, and would be my reason for choosing another garage. Beggars should be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY.

I go to this BP often. It is close and convenient and the little PnP express is really nice. They also have a car wash. The only reason why I have given only 3 stars is recently the service got really slow. I dont believe it is any particular attendant that is slow I actually think it is the incorporation of the PnP Smart Shopper points system. It seems the attendants have to run into the store to get you your points sometimes and other times it is almost as if they have to wait for someone else to finish before they can get you the points. I really dont get it but i hope someone is trying to help them out because most customer become impatient and they take their frustration out on the attendant. But other that that it is a good service station and I will continue to make use of it.

I dread having to go to this place, especially when I have to buy something early in the morning or late in the evening. The staff members that work at the tills and by the counter where hot beverages and pies are sold are replusively rude. My wife bought pies on the morning of the 26th of November 2017 and was mistreated by the lady selling the pies at the counter. My wife asked if the pies were fresh and the and the counter lady responded by saying What do you think. A few hours later after eating the pies, my wife and I had food poisoning. So to anyone wanting to visit this place, rather drive to the Engen Garage by Cliffindale.
