Fondue evening with singing waiters is exactly what my friends & I needed last night! The food was absolutely superb and everyone could not stop eating even though we were all so full. Our waitress Jeanelle was on point and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Aim to arrive by 19:00 if you want to hear them live.Note: There is a 15% service fee on the final bill but negligible considering the high level of service. Would highly recommend it.

Wow, what an amazing experience, the term dinner and a show is what you can expect and so much more. You get a 6 course meal, with friendly service.The cocktails are delicious with a lot of options and every hard liquor option available you could think of, as well as a very comprehensive wine list. 10/10 would recommend!

Dissapointing. Venue is really picturesque, the food and service was below average. We were seated immediately on arrival and our lunch orders taken shortly after, food arrived about an hour after we ordered and was already cold. Our waitress was pleasant but hardly attentive.

We stayed 3 nights at Casa Toscana Lodge. Everyone from the desk clerk, to restaurant staff, to housekeeping were happy, helpful, personable. The room we had was a luxury king room. It was large, well appointed, quiet. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing, with a quite talented chef. The food we ate there was creatively presented and extremely delicious. We were treated to some music on one night by our waiter which was a treat. All in all a great stay and a lodge we would recommend and visit again.

Quite ingenious idea - live singing performance from your waiters. I love it! Those youngsters can sing really well. One actually wanders what are they doing serving in the restaurant when they should be performing in operas or concerts. As for the food - excellent presentation, size of the portions and variety. Unfortunately this sets the expectations for the taste very high and mine were not meet. Hence the missing start.

Came to the restaurant not really knowing what to expect, was absolutely blown away. Great ambience, great food and really good performances from the waiters. Id recommend sitting inside just to watch the performances up close, otherwise the gazebos are a nice romantic little setting away from the rest of the customers. Also 5 star to Yasheel our waiter for the evening.

Second times the charm. A really romantic and lovely atmosphere when seated at one of the private gazebos. Enchanting fairy lights encase the frame and the red carpet, rose petals and satin table overlay give an indulgent feel to the setting. The waiters/performers are brimming with talent and make sure to stop by your table to include you in their performance. Just be sure to check if they have other large bookings on the night you wish to visit. One can feel as though you are intruding on someone elses special moment, such as a wedding or birthday...

Never a dull moment at Die Blou Hond!From timeless traditions to spontaneous songs, the Blou Hond has it all.The Blou Hond prides itself in hosting music acts from all around the country. We went to go watch Bottomless Cofee Band and it was fabulous! Everything from the arrival (you are welcomed warmly and given champagne and popcorn), to the food, to the actual even was wonderful!I can recommend the Blou Hond to anyone who wants an interesting evening out and who loves music.

This is an amazing venue, secure parking and friendly reception. Ensure you dont get tipsy here, a lot of stairs leading back to your car.Beautiful setting and ambiance, capable waitress and staff. Then the food arrives which can be served to a king.Highlight is the waiters then start singing and beautifilly at that. Truly an amazing evening, well done

My wedding 16 March 2019!Despite having emailed my bad review to Casa Toscana the subsequent telephone call received from the general manger has left me with the impression that my version of events are not to be believed!Mistakenly I thought with three site visits and detailed planning and discussions with the dedicated wedding co-ordinator, the afternoon would flow as planned. Even before I walked down the aisle the problems started. The wrong start time had been noted in my file which resulted in the photographer and sound technician being late. The white carpet leading down the aisle was dirty. Wrong table cloths used in the reception room. But most of all the service was appalling! As we were only twenty three guests we opted to dine from the restaurant menu. The food was excellent however it was overshadowed by the long wait for our meal...four hours in total. Only one waiter had been assigned to our function and although he did his best it was an impossible task to accommodate all of our guests. By the end of the main course most of our guests left as they were tired of waiting and desserts ordered were not eaten.Whilst every wedding will not be as perfect as the bride hopes for, my day is touched with sadness due to the above! I do not recommend this venue for your special day...

We arrived without an appointment, late morning. We planned our lunch there, but the lunch menu did not appeal to us, we wanted to ordet from the dinner menu. Management was very accommodating & really went out of their way. Thanks for the great service, super lunch & amazing selection of wine. We will definitely be back to book a dinner.

This is the only singing restaurant in Pretoria if not Gauteng. The waiters are the singers so you get saved by an Opera singer. It is the best romantic place to take your partner to. The food is also very good. I had a red wine shank and the meet was literally falling of the bone. Best dining experience ever. We loved it

Very romantic atmosphere, we were serenaded by beautifully coordinated singing and piano. Loved the butternut soup, the whole meal was exceptional!! The hosts were very warm and friendly! We had a beautiful evening.

The price you see is definately not the price you pay. Bad service from people with bad attitudes misleading you on every aspect of your function. Be careful and make sure about everything. That is, if they will get back to you...

The most romantic outdoor gazebos to have supper with your loved one. Candles and blankets when it is cold. The food absolutely great and served with style. If you really want to have an unforgettable experience this venue is to be recommended. Yes you do pay a bit more than for a Spur outing... But this is no Spur.!

Had a travel workshop here, it was well organized even though they were still putting out some tables when we arrived in the morning. The food was great and those who slept there had only good things to say about the accommodation.

Very nice experience. For special occasions, bookings work best as the table is specially dressed and made up. Food is absolutely brilliant and cost-to-quality ratio is very decent. Service is very good, although too many visits from staff.

My wife was so complimentary of her. Even the Lady who came to fetch her was super friendly and she even took the time to take photos.Dinner this time at the Lesi Resturant did not disappoint. The Food was exceptionally delicious and beautifully presented (and hot when it needed to be). The Service from our singing waiter was brilliant and he was very attentive and ensured we were well taken care of.We were seated under an outside Gazebo and it got chilly and our waiter got a blanket to keep my wife warm.The Singing waiters were excellent and they gave a stirling performance and the atmosphere was so romantic. We loved the opening song by all the waiters and your Big Bearded waiter gives a performance to the likes of Pavarotti or Bocelli.We want to extend a big thank you to Casa Toscana for seriously making up for our poor experience we had on 24 December last year and for showing us the real Casa Tosacana hospitality, the Lesi Singing Restaurant Experience and the relaxation of the Sensi Spa.My wife and I are ever so grateful. We celebrated my husbands birthday at LeSi and it was a beautiful experience. However, I made a paid booking well in advance and I was not refunded as promised. After sending through the proof of payment to verify, after many weeks later, still no response and that was really upsetting. I expected better service from a restaurant like this.

Dissapointing food. Potato dish wasnt cooked properly. Beef dish was extremely dry and tough. Puddings were vile.

Beautiful Venue but Shocking Service & Event Co-coordinator. She was all over the place panicked when things failed and tried to blame the bride for her mistakes or when it was according to plan. Didnt check seating accordingly and follow instructions that where set out clearly! She stressed my best friend on her special day that is meant to be special and it wasnt. She either needs to do something else or not be in this position because its clear she cannot handle it.

We decided to go see the show of Adam Tas! It was an absolute delight. The food and atmosphere was terrific and truly an experience. Would recommend it to anyone!

I have been to Casa Toscana twice to participate in scientific dialogue.I both occasions, I enjoyed the meeting venues and the food.There is quite limited parking inside. You better come early to snatch a spot.

Easily one of the worst restaurants with a 4 star rating I have ever been too. The staff is friendly and are honestly trying their best but the food took hours to arrive, the service is subpar, there is minimal parking, and even with a menu of no more than 9 items(including starters and desserts), 3 items were sold out so for each course you only had a choice of 1 vegetarian option and 1 not and maybe 1 other that doesnt sound great, it was quite strange. But the overall experience was okay at best. 3 stars for effort-only.

Had the best experience here when me and my wife came to expierence a JOSHUA NA DIE RËEN show. The acoustics were of the charts. Highly recomended for wining and dining and the guaranteed enjoyment of a stellar show. Also very affordable. Kudos to Phillip moolman for always being a spectacular host.

Die Blou Hond arts theatre is excellent for people who appreciate creative talent. Pillip Moolman opens the evening in typical Blou Hond tradition singing and howling with the audience. Marvellous artistic experience. The buffet was mediocre and only the fresh salad tasted good. The food is too expensive for what we received. However the excellent artists performances made up for the poor food.The venue is stylish and has good ambience and acoustics.

We loved it, what an experience. The buffet was delicious 😋. The host Phillip Moolman was excellent and we love the fact that he speaks so openly about the Lord Jesus. The Demi Lee Moore show was our first at Die Blou Hond but will definitely not be our last.

As part of the restaurant week, I decided to choose Lesi Restaurant. Secure parking is offered at Casa Toscana hotel. Warm welcome at the door and shown to our table. The waitress handed us tablets to view the various menus - amuse bouche, starter, mains, dessert and truffles. The Spier Merlot wine complimented the mains very well.Amuse bouche - 4/10Starter - Carpaccio - 6/10Mains - Lamb Shank - 7/10Dessert - 5/10Ambience - 8/10The live entertainment (singing waiters) were quite good!
