This is a place I have lived in for about one-month and-a-half. What I love are the doves cooing in the morning, the incredible grounds - where every Bush, plant, tree is manicured by a team of gardeners! The flowers blooming are colorful and alive! Throughout the different structures and paths, 🌹 🌿 are ALWAYS FANTASTIC!!! The Security Guards are continuously on duty to ensure safety. The swimming pool area is superbly outstanding! (It is cleaned DAILY by a unique vacuuming-water system.) That area is ALSO surrounded by 🌹🌱 and other FLOWERS, too. The location is perfect! It is very close to Board Walk, Phase 5, so it is easy to get to where we SERVE in the Botswana/Namibia Mission Office, and also VERY near Woodlands LINDT Chocolate Boutique MALL. There are two- nearby walking areas: a nature preserve on the one- side of the complex wall and the park with lakes and marshes behind Phase 5. One more thing, the SKY is AMAZING! It is like a huge never-ending dome without a single cloud in the morning and dazzling 🌟 brilliantly, bright at night. Oh, our condo is great too, and comes with a garage.

Its very very silent, and I would recommend for adults, newly married couples. Also young families would love this place. I am very impressed with their security

Very save and secure place to be in any house is kept in shape and are very nice to stay in at cheaper prices compared to other homesEDIT: the caretaker is a really rude and self entitled lady who is disrespectful to the tenants it would help this complex to get a new one sometimes i literally walk another path around her just to avoid her ruining my day she infuriates me with her attitude to others in such a formal position...its a complex not a kingdom and you are not the queen of england!!! She thinks we are peasants so i dont recommend moving here if its going to bother you if an old lady who is up early in the morning walking around looking to stir trouble in your daily life
