I went to view a unit rented out by Huurkor. The units go for R3050 and are pretty small, but in a manageable way. The one I saw was just carpeted and the carpet was filthy. The agency was not going to get someone to clean it. That unsettled me.The flat, for me, was ideally located. Right opposite the park and museum, Spar right across, and a walk away from everything, even taxies pass just outside.
