Clean, well maintained.

On the 5th of August, I drove into Villa Victoria to see my partner. There were no parking parking spaces in the allocated areas for visitors. As a result, I parked on the side temporarily and waited inside my car for My partner to show me where I could park. He then came out and as he was showing me where I could park, a lady approached us and told me that I couldn’t park in the no parking area. My partner proceeded to tell her that he had come out of his unit to show me where I could park. She then replied by asking if he lives here and asked a rhetorical question, “In your contract you payed for a unit and one parking space”? He replied and said “yes”. She then proceeded to tell him in an unprofessional manner, “If you want two parking spaces, then you should sell your unit and move to a place where you can acquire two parking spaces”. We then asked her why she is speaking to us in an unprofessional manner and she replied, “I speak to everyone like this and I am the chairperson of the body corporate”. I then proceeded to park in the space that my partner showed me and the lady proceeded to walk to her car. The manner in which this situation was handled was very unprofessional and as a Chairperson I think that it is completely unacceptable, considering that we were following the correct procedures in order to not violate the regulations of Villa Victoria. This incident was very disappointing.
