Apartments are modern and on average a great rental price than other rentals available in the area. Water is included and prepaid electricity can be arranged. I would not say its a place for kids, there is no kids play area or communal area where you can braai or swim etc. This can be frustrating for the kids as they are often bored, there is a park nearby but you would have to drive there, if you walk it will be about 25 minutes.

Noise, absolute no rules, no caretaker. Bodycorporate does not worry a thing. Pooooor

Their apartment are good for one person because it has one bedroom
