Old furniture, doesnt seem like owners/agents are interested in adding new furniture, electricity will give you a problem so always opt for prepaid. You cant really host anything as the caretaker always complains about noise, even thou there is a braai area where you can chill, you still have to sit in silence. Its nice cause its convenient, close to major routes and theres shops all around.
