We bought a printer and the printer broke not even in a month space we the took it back as it was still under warranty pathetic service from the staff and they basically did not even try and assist me!! The owner/Manager /supervisor /staff are extremely rude cant even run a business giving proper customer service!!!

If I could I would rate this les than one star. We have been trying to contact Superb Olivetti POS for a ribbon and are only met by rude and unhelpful personnel. When asking to talk to a manager or owner the phone are simply dropped or their other favorite are to transfer us to an answering machine. Trying via mail also does not work, 4 mails send, zero response. Guess your business are only as good as the people you employ.... dont think I will be doing business here. Hmm, not sure about your response received, I didnt manage to get to ask for a quote in the first place. All I received was rudeness.... Covid... this has nothing to do with Covid, it is called mediocre customer service. Like I said, dont think we would be doing business soon...

I wish I could give negative stars to these people.Very bad after sales care and very rude. I would not recommend. Stay away!!!!

Terrible serviceNo stock on common itemsI called before coming to the store, the sales lady put me on hold and then cut the call, when I called back the salesman insisted I come to the store, when I went to the store all the staff were unwilling to help.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Quick to sell but the after service is shocking, no technical support. It is not even the 1 star worth...

Absolutely Shocking!!!Prices quoted over the phone much lower than charged in store.When management is requested the cashiers refuse to call them, worst part is the manager(s) was at the back of the store lookinh at me throughout the whole process and was looking straight at me but remained seated.Cashiers are uninformed about almost everything, questions asked regarding guarantees and liability accepted are answered with a simple I dont know with absolutely no attempt to get answers for the questions.I also got a urgent phone call for 5min while in the store and the cashier called me the whole tine, not letting me just finish the phone call.

So for some reason prices go double overnight. Went to Buy a Cable a day ago and went back today to buy the same cable and for some reason it just went From R130 to R299.89. Really??????

Why buy here if you want service?
