What more can I see, just excellent service from Jason and Eric. On Sunday morning, I walked in with a laptop that I wanted to be upgraded. From when I walked, the knowledge and advice and helpfulness was from the highest quality. They suggested some options, and I confirmed that they can continue with the work. I was so impressed with their service and knowledge , I went to fetch my Childs laptop, for a upgrade as well. Again, there knowledge and service was excellent. Even though I am also in the IT business, which they did not know beforehand, they still suggested the best options for my upgrades. At about 3 on Sunday afternoon , they contacted us, to say that both laptops has been done as requested(including all hardware changes, cloning of drives and everything). They went through everything , showing me precisely all that was done, and started up the laptops and I was amazed at the result. They really did an excellent job, and I would greatly recommend this branch and these two persons to anyone. And from now on, this will be my go-to shop for all my computer needs. Staff do not answer phones at store. Needless to say you will not get hold of them on there cellphones.Close store after promising to wait for us to pick-up a computer after arrangements was made. Had to phone the area manager.Same story yesterday and today 15 April 2021. Phones just ringing, cellphone went over to voicemail. Area manager also not available.

I recently visited the store to get some advice on WiFi range extenders. I was assisted by Jason who was extremely knowledgeable and who had no problem to explain to me how each of the extenders works. What was very remarkable for me is how honest he was in terms of his recommendations. He did not try to promote the most expensive item and suggested more economical ones. Thanks to you I walked away satisfied and got what I wanted.

Had computer cable made up. Cable did not work. Returned the cable they stated that they repaired it, still did not work. Called them and they stated that it will work, I said that I would report them to management, They stated Go Ahead. Went to opposition only to find out that the ends were installed incorrectly. They also charged me R15.00 per meter and the opposition was R7.00 per meter. The staff are unfriendly and not condusive to a good experience. Will not recommend them and will never support them again.

I got very friendly and helpful service from Jason. I would recommend a wider variety of products to be available, which would allow for better prices - some items seem a bit overpriced. But overall a good shopping experience.

One star rating is to much, After a sale is made the customer service falls away and youre left with un-useable items and money out of pocket as well, Staff is unfriendly, I am still waiting for a call back even after Ive been there more than once to follow up and every time I get a story of why they couldnt phone but still they cant help with me standing in the store, USELESS PEOPLE.
